M.I.N.E.™ TRAPPING EQUIPMENT
M.I.N.E.™ is an acronym for Manually Initiated Nuisance Elimination. This trapping system was developed during three years of research and designed to capture the entire sounder group at one time.
M.I.N.E.™ Gate
The M.I.N.E.™ Gate (patented) is the main component of our high-volume hog trapping system. The trap gate is eight feet wide and triggered with a text message from your cell phone to our M.I.N.E.™ Camera. The M.I.N.E.™ Gate may also be triggered through an onsite transmitter with a 250 yard range. The receiver control box and onsite transmitter operate on a 12 volt DC power source.
M.I.N.E.™ Camera
The M.I.N.E.™ Camera is the only wireless digital camera capable of remotely triggering the M.I.N.E.™ Gate using a cell phone after sending photos to your email or cell phone via a cellular network. The M.I.N.E.™ Camera’s remote control technology allows users to send messages back to the camera, remotely check battery charge, check cellular signal strength, add/remove phone numbers, add/remove e-mail addresses and remotely turn off the camera after hogs are captured. This technology saves fuel, time and labor allowing 24 hour surveillance without wasting daily travel time and expenses to multiple bait sites. Activation and service is required on all cellular cameras.
18-60™ Trap Panel
The 18-60™ trap panel (patented) was developed during three years of trapping research. This panel is 16 feet long using 18 horizontal (.220 inch diameter) bars spaced only two inches apart at the bottom to hold the youngest juvenile pigs. The 60 inch height reduces the likelihood of adults going over the top. At 51 pounds, the 18-60™ design is only two-thirds the weight and price of a standard horse panel which allows one operator to carry. This product is manufactured with galvanized steel before welding to help reduce future rust. The 18 horizontal bars are made of .220 inch diameter heavy gauge wire to increase the overall strength of the trap enclosure and prevent feral hogs from escaping. JAGER PRO recommends using six each 18-60™ trap panels with the M.I.N.E.™ Gate to build a standard 35 foot diameter enclosure. This trapping system is designed to capture the entire sounder group at one time.
T-Post Camera Mount
The T-Post Camera Mount allows simple, secure camera mounting and positioning for the best field of view. The collar and mounting wedge is made of galvanized aluminum while the camera bracket, ball head, set screw and thumb screw are made of solid metal construction. The ball joint allows 360 degrees of rotation and 90 degrees of tilt. The T-Post Camera Mount fits all M.I.N.E.™ and I.C.E.™ camera models with the ¼ x 20 threaded thumb screw.
External 5 db Booster Antenna
This antenna is designed for areas where coverage is weak and enables users to expand the usable range of either the M.I.N.E.™ or I.C.E.™ Cellular Camera models.
- 5 decibel gain ideal for remote areas.
- 2.5 feet long mast allows for far vertical reach especially in areas such as valleys and thick foliage.
- 10.5 feet coaxial cable is designed for high signal quality transmission while providing flexibility to mount at high elevations.
M.I.N.E.™/I.C.E.™ Security Box
This Security Box is compatible with the M.I.N.E.™ or I.C.E.™ Cameras. Made of all steel construction and professionally powder coated. Lockable with Master Padlock for added security. Can be lag bolted, belted or bungeed. Cutouts for antenna, power cords and drainage.
M.I.N.E.™ Drill Socket and Clips
The M.I.N.E.™ Drill Socket substantially reduces time and labor when erecting a M.I.N.E.™ Trapping System. The 11 gauge M.I.N.E.™ Clip and M.I.N.E.™ Drill Socket are the perfect combination for securing the 18-60™ Trap Panels to a steel post. The clip is placed around the steel post while standing inside the trap enclosure. The tails of the M.I.N.E.™ clip are inserted inside the M.I.N.E.™ Drill Socket and twisted at full speed to tighten the clip around the post and 18-60™ Trap Panels in seconds.
